Build a Mosque #4: Masjid Taqwa (Uganda)

KOMPALA, UGANDA

Masha’Allah, we are so excited to show BAM4 progress over the past two weeks! Occasional rain and Covid19 created delays, but alhamdulillah we are near completion. Masjid Taqwa is the first solid-build mosque in Adesoko Village. Iftar is planned on 27th Ramadan, but due to social distancing, only the imam and a few guests will offer duas thanking Allah for His Generosity and insha’Allah the community dedication will happen at a later date.

Shaykh Hisham Kabbani and Hajjah Naziha Adil Kabbani prayed for everyone associated with BAM4. It will accommodate 100-150 worshippers along with religious classes, women’s initiatives, and job training. The community well has been operational for a few weeks, so already the village is blessed.

May Allah swt bless all who funded our fourth BAM collaboration with BUGISU MUSLIM DEVELOPMENT CENTRE, and all who wanted to give but were prevented. Remarkably, with Mawlana’s baraka, Sufilive has completed four mosques in one year! We have selected and will announce BAM5 after Eid al-Fitr.
