Masjid Tawheed is the first solid built mosque in rural Ksanaga Village, Mbale district. The masjid serves 400 families including orphans, widows, and war refugees.

On January 3rd, 2020, BAM3 in Karoja village (near Mbale) in Eastern Uganda opened for Salat al-Jumu’ah. Masjid classes and other activities are now fully operational for 500 worshippers.
